VERTIKAL is a vertical cinema platform designed for filmmakers and content creators. The Platform provides tools for creating, distributing, and monetizing vertical video content.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant VERTIKAL a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
You agree not to: upload illegal or infringing content; harass or harm other users; attempt to circumvent Platform security; use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
The Founding 50 program offers early access and special benefits to the first 50 verified creators. Benefits and terms are subject to change as the Platform develops.
VERTIKAL is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
